The Heritage Pavilion is engineered with a structural integrity to meet the strictest building codes. “Low” or “no” maintenance materials are used extensively for many years of use with minimal upkeep. The prefabricated design allows for a simple on-site assembly and the step by step illustrated instructions make it possible for a small crew to complete construction in less than a day.

The cathedral ceiling is available in a tongue & groove Western Red Cedar or an AZEK bead board. The roof is provided with a 5/8” plywood deck and asphalt shingles to be applied on site or an optional cedar roof with 18” perfection cedar shingles pre-applied to a 1 x 4 roof lath.

The Heritage Pavilion is available in two standard sizes: 12’ x 16’ and 14’ x 18’. Custom sizes and options such as railing and architectural detailing are available. Please call with your request.
